| Payment instructions for U.S. Buyers: |
| We accept credit cards through Paypal (with confirmed shipping
address) and cashiers checks and bank wires for most purchases under $10,000.
Credit Card users please use Paypal, we cannot accept credit cards over
the phone. You can open a free Paypal account by going to www.paypal.com
. Cashiers Checks take 3 business days to clear, Bank Wires take 1 business
day to clear. Items over $10,000 are Bank Wire payment
only, Paypal users must contact us first. |

| Bank Wire payment only. We ship to the UK, Japan, Ireland,
Australia, New Zeland and Canada. |

| Shipping Information for U.S. Buyers: |
| Most items shipped UPS next day air or 2nd day air. We will
email you with the tracking number when we ship the package. All packages
are insured, and must be signed for by an adult. |

| We Have a No-Questions Asked Return Policy. |
| If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, please
return it within two days of receipt for a prompt refund. Shipping and insurance
is not refundable. A special order is an item made at your request that
is not part of our typical offerings. Special Orders are not refundable.
Rush fees, if any, are not refundable. From time to time we offer items
that specify "no refunds", these are not refundable. Please make returns
via UPS or U.S. Registered Mail, insured for the purchase price. |
